Our Return Policy
We want you to love your MINIME products. If you're not completely
satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to Return
1. Log into your account and go to "My Orders"
2. Select the items you'd like to return
3. Print your prepaid return shipping label
4. Pack your items and drop off at any carrier location
Return Requirements
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with
all tags attached. We understand you need to try them on, but please ensure they haven't been worn
outside or show any signs of wear.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the items and process your refund
within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color, simply return your
original item and place a new order. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the
United States. Orders under $75 have a $10 shipping fee.

International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and
select European countries. International shipping times vary by location, typically 7-14 business days.
